It is in the style of a gigantic chalet. The hotel is a modern low-rise construction built of wood, brick and glass. It is part of the GTA Tourist Complex. Access is gained to the hotel through the main lobby of the GTK. At the back of the lobby and through a corridor, clients enter the Rizalit.
